Miami Seaplane Base (FAA ID: X44) is a public-use seaplane base located 2 miles east of the central business district of Miami on Watson Island in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The seaplane base is publicly owned and is the most convenient departure point at Key Biscayne, just a short hop from Downtown Miami and South Beach. $250 landing fee and take off and landings only available during daylight.
